A gentle first step
Our groups are designed to reduce isolation and create positive shared experiences. You do not need to know how to cook, bring special equipment or have everything figured out before you contact us.

Use the short support form, call or email. A family member, professional or young person can get in touch.
We explain eligibility, availability and what to expect without asking you to repeat more than necessary.
We help you prepare for the session and make sure you know where to go and who you will meet.

Real family experience
Our trauma-informed approach puts safety, relationships and choice first. Cooking is the activity; belonging is the outcome.
